• Promote education, training and sustainable practices in agriculture on the local, national and international levels in the state-of-the-art knowledge.
• Organise training seminars and exchange of visit and research result in particular areas of Agriculture.
• Train advanced agricultural technology from cultivation through extension services, storage, animal breeding including artificial insemination, fishing and honey bee production, to bumper harvesting.
